What is Ploomo?
Ploomo helps companies hire people who will do well in the role. For candidates, we offer a free career profile: how you work, where you fit in the market, and all your applications with us in one place.
Is it free?
Yes. Your profile, results and career insights are free for candidates.
Do I need to be applying for a job?
No. You can create a profile and use your results without applying for anything. If you'd like to be considered for roles, you can opt in at any time.
Who can see my results?
Only you. Your results are shared with an employer only when you apply for a role or opt in to be considered.
How long does it take?
About 35 minutes in total: around 20 minutes for the personality assessment and 15 minutes for the reflection questions.
Is this a personality test?
It includes one. Your results are explained as practical tendencies, not scores or labels, with what they mean for the work and roles that suit you.
Can I use AI to help with my reflections?
You can use it to help you think. But we're looking for your own voice and real experiences, and generic answers are easy to spot.
Will Ploomo find me a job?
If you opt in, we'll get in touch when a role fits you. We can't promise a placement, but your profile helps you either way.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete it yourself from your portal at any time.
